DragonFire Invites Insiders To A RAD Night At The Races

CHANDLER, AZ – May 6, 2016 – (Motor Sports Newswire) –  “Forget the Marx Brothers, the shenanigans at DragonFire’s Night At The Races are something to behold,” says sales and marketing manager Megan Dible. Billed as the “Rumble After Dark” Rounds 5 & 6 of the Lucas Oil Regional Off-Road Series, Arizona Presented by Yamaha Racing head to Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in Chandler, Arizona this weekend.

To borrow an expression from famed ring announcer Michael Buffer, Dible says, “Let’s Get Ready To Rumble! DragonFire Racing would like you to join us for an action-packed weekend of some of the best UTV racing in the nation!” In addition to being the title sponsor for this round of LORORS competition, Team Yamaha/Weller Racing/DragonFire’s Corry Weller comes into the weekend contending for the lead in the fiercely competitive SR1 and Production 1000 classes.

Weller will also be competing in a special event following the points-paying rounds at Wild Horse this weekend. DragonFire’s Racing Rumble After Dark (RAD) is an opportunity for all UTVs to compete in the Unlimited UTV Heats and Mains for both Rounds. There will be an additional purse and special trophy that will be awarded to the RAD winner after Saturday night’s Main.

“DragonFire’s friends and family will be in the stands, and hopefully on the podium as well,” adds Dible. Team DragonFire racers like the “Killer Bs” (Ken Benson and Bobby VanBeekum), and Corry Weller will all have UTVs on the track and entered into the RAD event.

This is a 2-day off-road racing event with fun for the entire family — May 6th & 7th at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park in Chandler, Arizona. Daily admission is $15/Adult $12/Children (6-12); 5 and under are free! Parking is an additional $10. Gates open at 3 pm and main events begin at 6 pm each evening.
