Vendor Registration Deadline: September 30, 2016

Vendor Acceptance:

Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park will accept vendor applications until September 30, 2016.  Applications submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for consideration.  

Notification of Acceptance:Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park will notify the vendors who have been accepted within five (5) business days of the application deadline. Upon notification of acceptance, you will receive payment terms, event instructions and times.  

Duplication of Vendors:Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park does its best to avoid duplication of similair displays and/or offerings.   

Responsibilities of the Vendor:

A Gila River Indian Community business license is required for all vendors that plan to sell products or merchandise. The business License must be obtained within ten (10) days of the event and displayed at your vendor space on event day.

Event Notes:

Thrill seekers can look forward to a night of exhilarating fun and excitement featuring monster trucks, Robosaurus and jet cars. This is a family-friendly, interactive event and we are inviting all types of vendors and businesses to participate, promote and sell. You will have the opportunity to be front and center to thousands of our local and out of town fans when you partner with us.

Costs:

10 X 20 ft. Display space cost: $250 for Saturday, October 15th

$150 for Sunday, October 16th. $350 for (2) days

Cost is for space only. All vendors are responsible for their own set up and equipment
